Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:

dlcpacks:\15z28\

2.Go to:GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

and make a folder called 15z28
add the included dlc.rpf file

3.Start the game, spawnname: 15z28

1. Go to: server\server-data\resources

Drag the fivem file into resources

2. Ensure car in server.cfg
