Ok i figured it out, after further testing and experimenting "SHOWGAURDS = 0" (showguards) ;) seems to fix the problem. So maybe to fix when you goto a hideout have the script automatically RELOAD PEDS (F1) when you come back out of the hideout and maybe this will wipe the aggro from the bank guards aswell maybe if they are deleted first. I'm only speculating as i'm not 100% of your coding method but hopefully this may add some stability to future versions.

Good mod but "Arrest warrent" system is bugged even though you goto a hideout and LSPD face has been wiped, regular security guards on the street hunt you down and shoot at you for no reason.
