You delete the dlcList.xml in Mods folder or you found which line is problematic (for me just the version in gta5mod is work , i have try version in discord and is not work , i have last version of legitime gta5 and i have all last version script hook, native, and more)
i have found the problem for no through the floor for all person have the probleme!!! i have search one day lol, is you mod folders in your dlc.list , i have delete my dlc list and i not falling through the floor, and i have the entrance now, Just is not possible for me enable my mod "car" and "LS_road" in dlc,list.

sorry for my bad english, im french :p The probleme is your Dlc.list in your Mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>DlcListxml
