If one day you make this mansion able to the Fivem, i suggest remove all balls form the snooker table, cause this way make possible use a mod to trully play, i loved this house. Congrats hugs from Brazil. =)
Amazing, but... this bridge end on the airfield. To fly to Cayo Perico now, need change the airway direction.
I love this bridge, but someone must change her entrance to the island.
