@ikON thanks! I just saw this but I already got to the bottom of it. Gta v modding is like peeling an onion. I don't think Rockstar wanted us doing it. 😂
I want to install this mod. I have quite a few running. Recently on a couple mods I've seen mentioned a "mods" folder. This mod potentially requires making changes to files in this folder. The problem is that I do not have this file in my directory. Anyone know why that is?
